Hot melt adhesive coated copperplate paper is an adhesive label material featuring copperplate paper as the face layer with a heat-melt adhesive coating on the back. It is commonly paired with Glesin base paper for printing and automated labeling applications.
Surface material : features a smooth surface, high whiteness, excellent printability, clear patterns, and vibrant colors.
Adhesive (hot melt adhesive): Applied after heating and cured upon cooling, featuring strong initial adhesive force and rapid bonding; low cost, suitable for medium to short-term use.
Disadvantages: The weather resistance is average, with an applicable temperature range of approximately -10°C to 50°C; at low temperatures, the material tends to harden and become brittle and detachable; at high temperatures, it softens and causes adhesive leakage; during peeling, the label or substrate surface may be damaged.
II. Main Applications
1.Logistics Express: Electronic waybills and outer box labels compatible with carbon tape printing, featuring clear information and secure adhesion.
2.Supermarket retail: Price tags, promotional stickers, and sealing labels – economical, practical, and featuring clear print quality.
3.Food and daily chemicals: Food packaging labels, gift box decorations, cosmetic/care product bottle labels; film coating enhances waterproof performance.
4.Electronic household appliances: product nameplates, energy efficiency labels, and barcode labels are printed with fine detail and adhere smoothly.
5.Standard packaging: cardboard boxes / color box labels, book/promotional product stickers, with excellent die-cutting and processing performance.
